Photographer Wins $1.3 Million Verdict for Copyright Infringement
Lloyd Shugard was awarded $1.3 million in a copyright infringement case yesterday, finding Propet USA, Inc., guilty of willful infringement, willful removal of his copyright management information (under the DMCA), and for willful failure to return his slides.
