The Evening News of Edinburgh reports on a photographer who was stopped from photographing at the "Winter Wonderland," reportedly because he was using a "long lens" (no mention of tripod concerns). The purported reason? "Public Safety." What? They're afraid that a photographer will hit someone over the head with her long lens? A security expert explains how all of the fears about photographers are nonsense.
