, seems as though USA Today was getting hit from all sides when Bob Krist, a judge for the USA Today's Picture America Contest
, complained about the terms. Bob reports on his blog
that one of his readers alerted him to the onerous rules for the contest so he told USA Today that he "couldn't be a judge if the rules stayed put
Because of Marcelo's (Bob's reader), Peter's (this blog's reader), Bob's, and perhaps others' complaints, the rules were changed. As Bob says, the rules still aren't perfect, but they're better.
