Alert: Even Photoshop Gurus Can’t Use Tripods in D.C.

Scott Kelby, the editor and publisher of Photoshop User Magazine and President of the National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP), reported today that he was admonished more than once while attempting to photograph with a tripod in Washington D.C. He may have been the victim of a strict and incorrect interpretation of the permit requirement for national parks (see my May 3, 2006, blog).
