Photo Contest Rules That Aren’t Pretty
In partnership with the International Center of Photography, The New York Botanical Garden is sponsoring the “Moore in America Digital Photography Contest” “to capture the magic of Moore’s massive works against the splendid backdrop of the Garden.” While the Garden and Henry Moore’s scupltures are beautiful, the photo contest rule that provides:
“By participating in the photo contest, you hereby grant NYBG a nonexclusive, non-revocable license to edit, publish, use, adapt, modify, and license to others any image you submit”
ain’t so much.
